Always an issue: training at TÜV NORD
We play our part in assuming social responsibility. We belong to the few companies in Germany who offer apprenticeship training and then actually retain successful trainees following qualification. We are committed to the young generation within our own company, and we also train many young people in a host of other associations and institutions.
High quality
Whoever successfully completes their apprenticeship training with us has a great opportunity of being taken on and, in addition to that, will be a highly sought-after prospect for other companies too thanks to the knowledge and skills they will have gained.
Mobility and internationality
See many things and learn many things - this is the motto for our apprentices. As a rule, our apprentices get the chance to get to know a lot of TÜV NORD locations. But the international branches of TÜV NORD Group also await our apprentices, offering them the opportunity to become familiar with the sheer diversity of the Group and to learn to cherish it.
Interesting work
TÜV NORD trainees are not just given carte blanche to do whatever they want, but they are given the chance to realise their potential in a wide array of areas. Making coffee or spending hours on photocopying duty are certainly not the order of the day. Instead, the menu for them consists of participating in projects and the development of innovative solutions or attending trade fairs, such as IdeenExpo. And then there are the outside-hours activities on offer. Christmas parties, football tournaments and company trips all nurture team spirit and add a large dose of enjoyment too.

TÜV NORD training qualifies you for your professional endeavours. It is very important to us that you also gather a great deal of experience to take with you as your life progresses. In addition to providing specialist expertise and practical skills, our training concept is also designed to encourage social skills.
