The basis of a quality management system is formed by the internationally recognized series of standards DIN EN ISO 9000ff. We have a modular training approach for it. It provides a broad knowledge and opens up the possibility of different recognised degrees.
From quality representative (TÜV®) to quality auditor (TÜV®)
As part of our modular course approach for quality management staff, we offer you the chance to participate in customised training. The certificates vary, from the quality representative up to the quality auditor. All courses conclude with a written or oral and written exam, where a skills certificate from the TÜV NORD Akademie is issued on successful completion.
The basic or initial training consists of the quality representative (TÜV ®) training for industrial or service companies. Successful graduates of the quality representative training course can take part in the quality manager (TÜV ®) training, further deepening their knowledge. The final module is the quality auditor (TÜV®) course, access to which is possible both as a quality officer and as a quality manager. Thus you have achieved a qualification that allows you to work as an internal auditor and as an auditor in the context of supplier evaluation.
Building on the certificate of TÜV NORD Akademie for the successful completion of testing for each course, there is the possibility to acquire an accredited certificate as a quality representative (TÜV®), quality manager (TÜV®), or quality auditor (TÜV®) in accordance with guidelines for certification of quality management professionals and EOQ rules. The basis for this is the successful participation in the entire course programme. In justified individual cases, we can recognise courses already attended at other organisations or comparable knowledge.
