In the fierce competition among suppliers for wind turbines, the price and the timely availability along with quality product claims and warranties present a decisive advantage.
Visible evidence of quality
The certification of individual components (e.g. the gearbox), independent of the complete system, is a recognised and successful quality claim for component manufacturers. We design and inspect the basis of the design loads of the respective components for this. Once the specific system, in which the components are used, is established, it only requires a quick and slightly complex load comparison.
The component certification includes the testing of the design calculations, the manufacturing sites and processes, and the prototype tests.
