Hazardous substances
Exposure/hazardous substance measurements at the workplace
Employers working with dangerous substances in their establishments must provide adequate employee protection.
The protection level concept described in the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances (GefStoffV) formulates requirements and options for action on health and safety. In the context of the workplace risk assessment, the employer must determine, among other things, whether the workplace limit valuesSTRONG> (TRGS 9009) have been maintained. This can be take the form of workplace measurements or other equivalent assessment procedures. People carrying out these measurements must have the required expertise and the necessary facilities. Our seasoned experts offer specialist support in the safe handling of hazardous materials and advise you when you have questions.
