Specialists from TÜViT first determine the extent to which the company's processes should be tested in an introductory workshop. This is then analyzed and structured. Through our IT Service Management, Service Level Agreements (SLA) are agreed upon, which result in binding specifications. After successful audits as per the recognized standards ITIL and ISO 20000, TÜViT issues the Trusted Site ITSM certificate and publishes it on its web site. The test symbol stands for safety and reliability and ensures an improved market position.
