Security in the workplace should be self-evident, but must also meet formal standards: TÜV NORD provides on-site help. The accident prevention regulations (UVV) for workplaces can be tough: Do you have someone in your company who takes care of the regular examination of the lift gates, deals with all new regulations and regularly checks whether the fire extinguishers are within the maintenance interval?
Many companies have worked with TÜV NORD on security issues for many years: And for good reason. Tremendous potential danger lurks in non-compliance with security standards, along with dangerous insurance coverage gaps.
TÜV Nord protects you from danger while taking away a burden
If you do not have staff for the UVV or cannot train them, the support provided by TÜV NORD is the easiest and safest way. We relieve you from the tasks of a security officer and regularly check your equipment: without you having to take any further steps.
We take over, for example, accident prevention inspections of forklifts, lorry tailgates, loading cranes, excavators, aerial work platforms - or at company facilities such as auto hoists, roller shutters, and fire extinguishers. Ask us about your special case: We'll be glad to give you the details.
Ensuring workplace safety: TÜV NORD doctors and engineers
Do you need to instruct your employees regularly in the field of occupational safety and occupational medicine? We provide you with an instructor or completely take over the functions of a company physician or a specialist for industrial safety. TÜV NORD supports you, including with the risk assessment according to occupational safety law. Your costs are under control: The number of deployment hours is based on the number of employees and the UVV BGV A2 (occupational physicians and safety engineers) details provided by the accident insurer. The operations on site will of course be agreed with you in advance.
Your advantage: You do not need your own staff for this task and the doctors and engineers have the necessary authorisations from state regulators or professional associations.
Occupational medicine protects against long-term damage: TÜV NORD helps in the short term
Are your workplaces designed ergonomically, is the hygiene sufficient, and do all employees wear the proper protective equipment? We also advise your company in all aspects of occupational health and safety, in matters concerning worktime regulations, and in dealing with authorities and facilities.
